Hi can anyone tell me how to download movies for personal use?

I am a complete novice to this, would just like to download few movies maybe cartoons for kids etc any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

hi dee i messed round with different sites and im no expert but im better than nothing first you need to register with KICKASS it will give you loads of films and tv shows then you need to download a torrent and other bits if you get all this done you then need to download a burner convertX todvd4 its trial and error if anybody else out here can do better ?? but if you get stuck get back to me ,,,, goodluck ps the sites are safe

I use Vuze - it searches all the bit torrent sites for the film you want.
It comes packaged with the downloader as well as the browser, the standard size of a film is usually 700 meg, on my 20 meg broadband setup I can normally get one of this size within 10 minutes.

try www.archive.org they have public domain cartoons and movies you can dpownload for free

hi me again i forgot to say that you will need a suitable media player if you download vlc media player this will play any downloads it's also free and is easy to use
