My bank rang me on Saturday to notify me of a couple of odd transactions on my card, and somebody has used my details to buy stuff on the internet (£190 in one transaction and about £88 on the other). My card is now cancelled (it's never been out of my hands and I'm the sole account holder). Am I liable for these debts (the transactions also happened on that Saturday).

I have never been held liable, the bank has always refunded the charges...why don't you ask them?
