Hi can anyone tell me I have been told by my insurence company that I have to have my large cypus trees removed as they are the cause of my cracks in the walls, I am upset by this but needs must be, my question is it law (I believe it to be) not to disturb nesting birds only there are a few nests in the tree.thankyou

yes it is, I think you will need to wait until they leave the nest unless the work is very urgent. If so speak to the RSPB who will tell you what you need to do.
