Shoot Bolt Won't Move

One side of my window the shoot bolt is stuck and will not open any ideas how to fix this. I can not get window open at all and there seems no way into any workings to see what the problem is. Thanks for any help

I presume they are PVC.

If you remove the cover on the handle and undo the two screws you may be able to get bull nosed pliers in and draw the slide back.

Take the handle off of course.

Other way is to drill through the plastic and fiddle about, looking at the working mechanisms will tell you where to drill.
I had similar problem. Try 'Duck Oil' from Swarfega. Need patience though. I gave it a shot every hour for two days, but it finally moved. Never thought about drilling little hole though! That would let you get thin tube from can into the mechanism.
I suspect the bolt has come unscrewed from handle mech.

WD40 might help!
no knowledge, there is 14million worth of fiddling to do.
