Builders and Corgis help please!

1. Loo won't flush! Tried previous tricks with cistern (like lifting ballcock thing) but no success. Ideas please.

2. Have gas boiler with central heating. Oldish but was serviced in summer and ok. Today radiators all ok i.e. feel hot as normal, but water from taps only just hottish - not hot enough for a decent bath. Heating was accidentally left on all night by my good friend Mr. Nobody - don't know if this is relevant. Help please! Thank you.

sounds like your syphon wants replacing, its a piece of flappy plastic, easy fix really. possibly a motorized valve may be acting up on or near your boiler

Thanks no.knowledge. Somehow it has corrected itself and running ok. By the way , I'm not planning on becoming a saint. My friends would laugh.
