The size should be on a label on the duvet stating what it is.

84 ins is 213cm. Compare that with the list of different bed sizes here. Remembering that the cover will be slighly less wide and long once the duvet is inside it, it looks like it's for a UK double duvet at 200 cm x 200 cm.
