i am trying to find a collection bag for a qualcast 1100 turbo leaf vac/blower. tried e-bay,freecycle local free ads, can anyone help,will pay reasonable price and postage, thanks

As a last resort, you could do a search on Google for 'qualcast 1100 spares', and you'll find loads of links to suppliers.
