limescale in loo

Does anyone know the best way to remove the limescale (i think its that) that seems to have collected at the bottom of my loo just by the u bend.looks like its years old when infact the loo is 1 year old, must be in a hard water area

Get yourself some Harpic Power Plus, stuff is brilliant. It worked a treat on my loo which had the same problem.

Leave overnight then scrub. You will need to use it regularly and then it won't build up

Apparently a tin of coke (or any kind of cola) is good for removing limescale, just chuck it down the loo, leave it for as long as possible, then flush it away and clean the loo as usual

i have recently used the new product Domestos Zero Limescale, its brilliant, would highly recommend.
