"Fermented"? Just use any white vinegar. It'll kill about 85% of moulds, as well as germs and bacteria. Put it into a spray bottle just as it is.
I think you mean "distilled" vinegar - you should be able to pick it up in your supermarket - it will be next to the other vinegars. It is a clear, colourless liquid - slightly stronger than normal vinegar.

As an aside, vinegar is not "fermented", but made by a process called acetification of a fermented product (eg. wine vinegar from wine, malt vinegar from 'malt liqour', effectively beer, and cider vinegar from cider). This occurs naturally by the addition of a friendly bacterial culture that converts the ethanol (alcohol) into ethanoic acid (= 'acetic acid' or vinegar)

Cheap "vinegar", NBC or 'Non-Brewed Condiment', however, is made by diluting industrial ethanoic acid (a product of the chemical industry) - and adding a bit of caramel for colour.
