I have just been to my 'new' dentist who recommended I see the hygienist - twice. Is this too much? And how often should I see the hygienist? The practice is private by the way and I do have some bleeding of the gums. The hygienist, when he saw me (twice) and after cleaning my teeth, wants to see me again in six months .... again, I stress, it is a private practice. Thanks ABers.
