used that years ago, so need presumably to log in anew with new details as my e mail address has changed.

same log in..you can add a new e mail addy

sign in anew but it won;t accept my e mail address for some reason, keeps on telling me to put in an e mail address.

was going to, as can't remember old passwords.. this might be a case of leave well alone.

tried support - typed in my e mail address and doesn't work, and that is not the first time that has happened. I typed in my old email address and that worked, sadly i can't remember passwords to my old talktalk acc.

thanks for the support, however this seems like hard work for something so simple. perhaps i will have another go later.

You have to use the same email address that you use for registering on here otherwise it won't work. The password will be one that you set up on gravatar, not your talktalk email password. have you no inkling?

i have been typing in my gmail acc but to no avail.

i logged into talktalk and found my old password. however Gravatar haven't sent a e mail to that acc as yet.

it can take a wee while to get mail back

i have bookmarked the talktalk web page and will see if i can work things from there. However i can't understand why my g mail is not always accepted, as i said it has happened before.
