in the wars, having to do some much needed spring cleaning, and hurt my lower back, now i am in agony, not sure what to take, sitting seems worse than walking about, what a nuisance...

Ouch! Sounds like a pulled muscle. You need to rest it as much as possible em. Lying down may be the best thing. Paracetamol. Keep as still as possible, not easy I know.

sitting or lying down is actually worse, and its really the low back of the back near base of spine, looks like will need to restock on the paracetamols.

OK. Now I know exactly where it is. You could try Deep Heat or something similar. It may help. Try the gel, it won't do any harm and may well do a decent job. Not a lot else you can do em.

trying to get the bathroom tiles clean, i can't reach well and may well have pulled something, not to mention moving the fridge freezer which is awkward to clean behind, to sweep, no fun this cleaning lark.

Tell me about it! For the tiles a two or three step ladder is needed. Moving the fridge, as you now know, is not a good idea. :o}

Good morning Boaty x bee x em x....looks like another nice day here..Got loads done in garden yesterday....cut grass even..looks much better now....bit of fence painting and if time jet wash patio.....taking full advantage of brother being at mums just now and getting on here whilst I can ..

it;s mostly the lower tiles, the bathroom is tiny, however the bath is not, ugly hulking thing... i want the council to change it to a shower only, but they won't, even though have given them endless doctors reports about why i need a shower. The fridge freezer is just awkward, the kitchen is also tiny so no space to put much, and it hasn't been moved since i don't know when.

I know what you mean em. We had the bath taken out and we now have a wet floor shower room. Wonderful! Try Social Services.
