washing machine wires

my washing machine was drag accross the kitchen but the plug was still plugged in now 2 wires have come loose from then back of the machine the live and nutreal wire there 2 little spiky things they plug into does anyone know which wires go where i cant get brittish gas out till monday to fix it no good to us

quite posibly yeah lol soz i tried to post and it asked me for my username and password so i didnt think it had gone soz
If you take the top off the washer you should see where the terminals go, they will be marked L and N, do unplug first!!
