broken washing machine or not

my washing machine was drag accross the kitchen but the plug was stil in now 2 wires have come loose from then back of the machine the live and nutreal wire there 2 little spiky things they plug into does anyone know where these 2 wires go i cant get brittish gas out till monday to fix it no good to us


anyone help?
