Combi boiler

I have the above boiler installed.When maintaining the water pressure,which is 1.5 (psi?)do you adjust it when the pump is on or off.Thanks!!

That's 1.5 Bar, Codpiece ................ (approx 20psi)

When the water is hot, it expands and the pressure rises. This will give you a false reading. Top up the pressure when the system is stone cold (pump no running). A good time would be just before it's timed to come on.
