smelly carpet shampooer

I have a bissell carpet shampooer which is absolutely the bees knees. It is easy to use and really gets my filthy dog-defiled carpets clean again. The only trouble is that while I do clean it after use and let it dry in the air before putting it away, it is beginning to smell, I guess because some dirty water is always left inside it somewhere. has anyone else had this problem and found a solution to it please?
TIA

Thanks for searching Robi. I tried but had no luck.
Morning all, yes love that . Thanks Robi. Not much chance of me getting it. :-(
Neti - apologies if someone's already posted this, I might have missed something last week, but have you seen the red dress here? The one that says very voluptuous? (I won't be indelicate and ask your bra size)

What a good idea.
It's very plain but it would look lovely with some blingy accessories...a ton of Butler and Wilson? :o)
oooh, btw woofy, I was interested in your 'miniature gardens' post yesterday (but I couldn't help)...are you opening up a twighlight home for Borrowers? haha...
This kind of thing? I love the idea...and there's no digging :o)

what's all this owls business? I have obviously missed some sort of AB in-joke

Miniature gardening actually kicked off in the Uk. There used to be a specialist nursery in Honiton but the bloke died and it got taken over as a bonsai nursery. It's amazing when you get it right, google Ann ashbury or John constable...
In the Us now they are called fairy gardens...I can see the time being right for revival here. Ha borrowers, I always thought they'd make uncomfortable neighbours....
Jno the owls are in motoring, I missed the link but people started doing spoof posts about owls and now they get mentioned when the trolls appear
That's just the sort of thing I need to amuse myself with Woofy as I gaze at my rapidly growing lawn in the sloshing rain again .My gardener is poorly and his wife is in hospital so goodness knows when I'll see him .Hopefully Picky will ride to our rescue at the weekend and put the mower over it .
How are you all today ? I've got aches on me aches and feel slightly grumpy .
My gardener's accepting new customers shaney, he'd probably like a working holiday :o)

"How are you all today?"...well I'm, achey, creaky, snuffly, always dopey and definitely grumpy :o)

Re miniature things..My sister loves dolls houses and last week there was an unfinished one in the charity shop for £35 (they're expensive new) but she was away and I thought by the time I'd got in touch with her it would be gone so I didn't bother. Why didn't I buy it for myself?! I'd have enjoyed decorating and kitting it out & I could have made a little garden. I'm kicking myself.
Send him over Robinia ...I'll cook his breakfasts ,dinners ,and even do his laundry :) This garden is bigger than both of us these days .Mr S used to mow but he can't do it now .
I love dolls houses .I remember as a child I had a lovely one which my Dad made for me .Tudor style .It even had lights run off one of those big batteries .All wallpapered inside from offcuts and you got the little bits of furniture in toyshops .
yes shaney, we had one with lights and flowery upholstered furniture, mini lloyd loom style chairs and a piano etc...it was far grander than our real house :o) When we cleared our mum's house she'd kept all the furniture but after a bit of thought we gave it away...more kicking of self, exactly one year later, after thinking there wouldn't ever be any, I'd got two granddaughters.
I could kick myself for selling my dolls .I didn't have many but had Frenchie and Dutchie who came obviously from France and Holland when my Dad was in the MN. The Dutch doll was a boy doll with clogs .Then I had a Rosebud doll and a black doll .Not PC these days but so pretty and I called her Josephine .
oh, thanks, woofy, it must be the ads. I don't get owls, not that I go in motoring anyway.
I know, we had those too shaney... I still remember seeing my black doll in a shop window and wanting her. I called her Lucinda. My favourite costume doll was the Spanish one, she had red dress with black lace (starting to sound familiar, hehe) and tiny castanets...and fairly tiny other bits, so not quite so familiar :o)

I've think I've still got a Japanese/Chinese rag doll...got me wondering, I can't remember seeing it lately....oh no, I've got to start rummaging now or I'll never rest. I may be gone a while.
Afternoon each, ys Robi that red dress is perfect but no idea how to obtain it. Have been everywhere trailing two sisters and a bro behind me, their choice not min! Found the perfick red dress in Matalan on offer for £5 but not in my size grrr, so tried on another which is passable, but thinking about it. Tried on a couple of Blk and white dresses with fiull skirts from M and co and store 21 and they are also passable. Fed up with all this. Bought a brown and black jump suit for Spain, no bra needed, may have to wear it to the wedding.

Hope you are all Ok, will catch up with posts later.
How long have you got neti? It's Simply Be, like any other online catalogue I expect, you sign in, create an account and order it to be sent to the address you're at. In some areas it says they do next day delivery.

Cant find the doll, I'll have to have think.
