Good Morning Early Birds!

Tuesday. All calm outside, lots of cloud lurking about, so unlikely to see the sun this morning.
Luckily I haven't got much running around to do, so shouldn't be out long.
It's going to rain about the time I usually go out, so I will be off early, about 0700.
should be back by 0830.

what takes you 1 1/2 hours boaty, thought you just went for the paper.

feeling pretty miserable, woke at 10, then at midnight, and it's been fitful sleep ever since, the pain and the need for the loo is driving me up the wall

i have got into such a rut with sleep, that nothing works to make me sleep through the night. I wouldn't mind so much if i got 6 or 7 hours straight but its waking every two hours that is killing me

I have a bit of shoplifting to do as well emmie.

do you do shoplifting every day, i would find that very tedious....

i shop on line so don't have to go out specifically to do it...

The best way to cope with it is to just go with it, accept that's the way it is at the moment. It might help.

nothing helps, who on earth wants to be totally awake at this hour, let alone midnight, i might take chris's advice and seek more help from the GP, see if they can't refer to a pain clinic.

Mine is starting to play up, 3:00am stumbles to the loo isn't much fun.

meanwhile i have hopefully a pick up from the courier today, he couldn't take the stuff yesterday which was a nuisance.

morning 1ozzy, no it isn't basically amusing, i find that my foray goes through the night now, i was awake at 10pm then 12, then 3am

me too boaty, if he doesn't it means having to take six parcels of goods for refunds round to the post office, another pain

Spring has sprung and I've been mowing and sanding wood.

i have done most of the chores, only the washing to do, so will perhaps have a nap at some point. I don't like doing that especially in the day time, but have to wait in for courier at 1-2pm.
