Ticking along mate. Not a lot of energy this morning. So I won't be doing much.

Try to find something easy to do that gives a sense of achievement.

That way at the end of the day "you're a success", and you go to bed feeling good about yourself.

That's the way of it right enough oz. I get these days, nothing I can do about them. I'm just pleases there is nothing important on today.

Well there is something you can do about them Boaty.

Been down the same path meself, not an easy path to walk.

Set an easy goal, once that is achieved gloat, reward yourself and think about another easy goal.

etc. etc. There will come a day when your desire to do things returns without forcing yourself.

You're right oz. That is exactly what I do. There are a few such jobs that I will do, nothing too energetic, A bit of rump steak to do something with at some point. I've changed the bedding, that's in the washing machine, so I've got the bed to make. That'll probably be enough. I've got some rubbish recorded on the idiot box, I'll have a snooze through some of that. :o}

I find "these days" hit me when I don't expect them.

I also have a few. The little *** sneak up on me and strike when I least expect them.
Makes them hard to handle.

But,,,,there are ways.
