We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

Just made a chicken and ham pie and cheese straws.
No Robi the giraffe is not overdue, they just don't know her due date as she mated 3x and they don't which was has produced the pregnancy. See I know all about giraffes!!! now!!
Morning...
Yes shaney, my win was a lovely surprise. After years of doing the same numbers the most I've won (so far) was on a lucky dip. Typical.

It's very cold and dull, real feel of 1C and don't I know it, my poor aching bod has flared up big time stylie. I feel as if I'm in an over tightened lace up corset.Today I'll mostly be on drugs and reading Woman's Weakly.
Woe is I.
Hope the rest of you are ok.
Oh, hello, word's gone round I'm in the money. Next have just emailed to say a shirt dress I like is back in stock. I'm fed up of jeans/trousers all the time, I thought I'd go mad this summer and wear more dresses and skirts. Past caring about having skinny legs, plenty would be glad of 'em...

Morning all
Bright atm but spotty showers could happen according to Accu and it's chilly.
I recently put some skirts and a maxi dress in the charity bag Robinia. These support socks don't exactly look good with skirts and my leg is very scarred and I'm self conscious of it.
I kept a couple of long skirts for indoors if it's hot weather though and some cropped trews. My legs haven't been seen in out in public for ages now :)
It's an achey day here too. KBO.
Morning all.
Had to get tablet sorted so between the clueless technician and me, we did it!
I wear knee length dresses in the summer, as my legs are still OK, have learnt to hold arms in certain position so they don't look too bad just too got to wear trousers all the time. And m'tang make super modern but comfy shoes so I am bang up to date.
Have been dancing with broom whilst sweeping the big patio and singing my head off, neighbour frowned at me ha!
Love McArthurs Park its my life that is and Time for living.
Sunny but still chilly and we are off out for lunch!
Hello all, its bright and chilly here and we are lounging around in the warm. Well done Robi, rush out and blow the lot. I don’t own any skirts or dresses at all I just live in jeans, maybe shorts at home in the summer. Marks have got a beautiful range of embroidered jeans this year so I have been splurging.
Had a lovely lunch and a snooze, and now no dinner to prepare.
My right hip has blipped and it so painful now to stand up or walk, that'll teach me to dance and we are going to a rock concert tomorrow lunchtime!
I love those jeans, well, embroidered clothes in general actually. Back in the 70s I embroidered the back pockets on a cheap pr of jeans and people kept asking where they were from. 'Oh, a little boutique in London' :)

Do you still have to wear the socks all the time shaney? I've always said to my sis I want to live by the sea all summer and float around in kaftans. Get your long frocks on ladies, you'll look like the grockles :)

It's insulated waterproofs weather here today....crip.
I always embroidered big flower outlines and stems on my jeans in the 70s.

Yes I do Robinia ,unfortunately .I'm dreading the warmer weather with them and I have to put that gloop on daily. Still,I'd rather that than go through that painful episode again.
I think I've still got a pair of jeans with embroidered back pockets in the wardrobe somewhere though I don't think they would fit me now.
I've been looking at the summer clothes today but doubt I'll buy anything special .It's not as if I'm going to be going anywhere exciting and my beach bum days are over.I sit sedately on the sea front now and fade into the background :)

Ah well ..time for bed said Zebedee.Night all.
Morning all...Milder but wetter, we can't win.

Shame about the socks shaney but, as you say, it's better than the alternative. Oh treat yourself to some summer things and wear them. I got to the stage where I thought 'what's the point' but I've decided to smarten up a bit, I think of it as therapy and it does make me feel better (not twinsets and pearls and I still slop around the house in cheap tat). Anyway, clothes last me so long many of the things bought now will probably see me out. :)

The poppies are coming to Derby...maybe i should say coming home to Derby. Hopefully there'l be at least one nice afternoon to go and have a look...

Crafting top for the day. Always use a mask when spray painting in a garage. Stiffened nose hairs are not comfortable and when you blow your nose, it comes out gloss white.
I gave up jeans when I turned 30. I decided they were too hot in summer and not warm enough in winter. This was well before they started selling distressed ones (which would have been even worse). So no relics of the hippie days in my wardrobe.

Lol Woofy ,that's made me laugh.I know I shouldn't but I did :)
Dreary and chily here today ,summer clothes are on hold for now.
I might buy a couple of things,it is nice to have something new for the summer even if it's only a T-shirt or top.
Or better still, a handbag !
Hang on .......what's this I found with the tag still on it :)
The poppies are lovely .I hope you get a chance to go and see them Robinia .
Nothing else to report .Same old .
Had a busy day, after shopping and brekkie we wemt to a huge hippie market ( car boot really But with hippie vibes!) Mt N bought me a suede fringed waistcoat. Then we went to middlemof island to our own Glasto, it was hot and heaving and i managed to find an upturned beer crate to sit on. We ate rolls and drank beer and had a good time but enough is enough and we drove to San An for another beer on the port. Then we came home and i had a cuppa and pjs cos being young is ok for a few hours, butmyou cant beat home.
I pulled out my mask but even funnier later on Shaney. The paint hangs in the air longer than normal spray paint and I ended up with a white forehead and white hair. Brushed it out of my hair and luckily I had loads of moisturiser on and the paint wiped off my face.
it should stand you in good stead come Halloween, woofgang

Good morning, its a springlike day. Mr N is looking at a job in Playa den Bossa so I am in a bar having brelkie, coffee and a half French stick with tom and melted cheese. He's cooking roast lamb today so well be going home soon.
Robi I though Casualty was silly.
Morning...haha, I think you need sanding down woofy.
Wind woke me up at 5am (outside, not my insides), the birds were singing and that was the only hint that it's spring. Looks like being dull and blustery all day.

Yes neti, the birth was ridiculous but David has played his part well. The end scene with Dylan and his parting comment to Noel was first class.
