We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

Good morning Ravers. A long and boring day ahead. Am fed up already!!
Good morning...I've been raving since 6am/7am/whatever. Apparently it's dark and drizzly in Derby, as it was yesterday. No one forecasted that.

You're ooking fabulous neti but your mascara's running.
'ooking'? haha....maybe I should have said spooking.
Good morning its grey and early here.
misty here but I think the time for mellow fruitfulness is past (though we are still ripening a few tomatoes indoors).
I have still got figs on my tree that are growing and ripening
ah, you're on the sultry south coast. Actually, I've just checked and OH does still have a flourishing tomato plant out there, but I think that's it.
Just back from a lovely lunch in San Antonio. Its a restaurant that we liked but it closed down. Now its reopened and so nice. Food was fresh. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Hello spooks and ravers
Nothing flourishing here except the lawn and next door flourishing a lump hammer ..thud, thud ,thud .........He's demolishing the lean-to.
Just having a break from the ironing fest .I don't know what my brother does with these shirts. He must dry them in the tumbler , then scrunch them into a ball and then jump up and down on them .I need a steamroller rather than an iron.
Hope you're all fine .Nice bright morning but clouded over now .It'll be dark soon :(
the fireworks have started, it must be November. It probably happened when I put my clock back.
Morning...hope you've got your cauldrons full and on the fire.
Typical, lighter mornings...thick with fog...tut. Yesterday was the darkest, dreariest, damp day, nothing done. Then, oh joy, the fireworks started here too. It was quiet, I was minding my own wordsearch and suddenly there was an almighty explosion. I had no trouble finding the words to say how I felt. It went on for about an hour & half. (The fireworks and my swearing, I think I could make a jumbo wordsearch out of all of them).

I had to laugh about the shirts shaney, sorry. Maybe your brother's putting them through the mangle :)

Don't forget the afternoon drama this week, The Moonstone, BBC1 and Dark Angel tonight on ITV 9pm.
*forgot this afternoon's time - BBC1 at 2.15
good morning I think. We are all a bit zonked today due to the fireworks thing. I had plans to go shopping this afternoon but think I’d better not drive.
Good morning my little ravers. Lovely day here, still warm but not sweaty Fewer people but a lot of traffic! I want to go to a party but will be stuck at home.
Thanks forbtge reminders Robi. I remember reading "Moonstone" at school but remember nothing about it which about sums up my whole school experience!!
nice and sunny here, maybe I should go out somewhere. Our neighbour is finally getting interested in fixing the brick wall between us, which is collapsing because a little boiler room next to it (on his side) is falling apart. So that's a small step forward. I have rung the dentist to point out that my penicillin is finished but my gum is still infected, but he says the pills will still be working for days; so I'll wait and see.

That seems to be about it. Another action-packed week is under way.
Ooops no I didn't read Moonstone at school. We read Moonfleet. Unless I am totally utterly confused.
My gum and upper jaw still ache j o, I am convinced there is some shards of tooth in it but will leave it alone. Cannot face another dental attack.
up to seven days according to some sources Jno.....apparently the loose stuff gets excreted but some of it binds to your cells and keeps working

Hello all
It's been lovely after the fog cleared and I've been valiantly filling the brown bin with snippets but it's turned chilly out there now.
Had fireworks going off here last night too. There'll be days of 'em now.The little dog next door doesn't like them either as he started howling. I wish they wuold stick to the proper day and be done with it.
I just watched The Moonstone ,it was quite good .
Hope you're all ok though .These teeth problems seem to be lingering on for you both .Hope it soon clears up or you won't be able to crack any nuts for Christmas .
I'd better fire up my cauldron and sort out an early dinner.Hungry now after being outside .
Hubble hubble ,not much trouble
Cold meat again ...and bubble :)
Crack nuts? I'll be hard pushed to crack a date!!
Loving this cooler weather, jeans and tee shirts now and darker evenings, my cup runneth over!!
Mr N has liverbetc for his dinner, and I forgot about me, so it'll be eggs .
well we spent the day pottering and it was quite nice. My neighbour over the way came over and said her grandson is DESPERATE to go trick or treating and could he please come and ring my doorbell so of course I said yes. We’ve got a new family down the road with two small boys who I wave to so I bought in a few just in case sweets. I warned her that the dogs would bark and she said that’s fine so I said I would say they were werewolves.
