We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

A'noon all...
According to the weather report today will be blah, blah, blah with bright spells this afternoon. Saturday will be curly and feathers on Sunday.
(No mention of a Fenjal breeze in the east :))

Well that's what it sounded like to me, the womanwastalkingveryquickly, the radio was on low and I've got a horrible headache and tinnitus. Anyone having a perm and a pillowfight this weekend? :)
I wouldn’t mind some curly and feathers this weekend
installed a new DVD player that's about the size of a DVD; where do they pack it all in? Apparently the internet's in there somewhere too, but I won't be needing it while my desktop is still alive [crosses fingers].
I know...our first video player was as big as the downstairs loo.
we used to just rent them over Christmas from Radio Rentals. Does anyone rent anything these days except cars?
it seems to be coming back....there is an ad with a cat in it advertising renting stuff....yes we used to rent our telly and video...they were so unreliable and expensive that i think it was years before it was a good bet to buy one.

Hello all
I'm a really early bird as it's gone midnight.Mr S has hogged the computer all day doing tax returns and sorting out Pickys never ending business paperwork for him.
I retired to the front room and watched my Cold Feet Dvd and did knitting.Pete playing air guitar with the table lamp and Jenny working at the funeral parlour ..brilliant.
It's been a so so day weather wise, milder than late but no curly or rainy bits.
I'm saving the Fenjal for special occasions Robinia....It'll last for years :)
I'm glad you got your stuff back Jno .It's so annoying when you lose things like that.I've got an old hard drive in the cupboard with precious things on it and no hope of ever seeing them again .
My niece rents her washing machine and my Mum always had a rented TV.We always rented too until we finally bought one .We've only got one TV in the house anyway.
I've rambled on long enough..I can see you all yawning ...night all.
good night all...the dogs are snoring and soon I will be too.

Morning all
Lovely one here ,bright and sunny .Hope you've all had a good sleep.
Bong Bing Jno ...Baileys is 12 quid for a litre bottle in Morrisons atm as opposed to the normal price of twenty.Stock up for Christmas :)

Morning all...so dark it's probably a good thing we're altering the clocks. Actually I'd like to keep them as they are now, it ends up dark at both ends eventually.

I could do with Stan the man, my bloomin puta crashed twice yesterday. That's all I need right now, it's clickmas time.

My special occasions are few and far between shaney so I use mine all the time...because I deserve it, haha. Rented black and white tv's, that takes me back.
I could do with Mr S to sort out my papers. How long do you keep bank statements if you have them? I think some of mine go back to the days when we got interest.
It was unbelievably mild yesterday, if the sun had been shining it would have been tropical. No curly yet today, just more frizz.
I asked the tax lady this question when DH died and she said 5 whole years and the year runs from from april to march. Tax is the only reason to keep them only then if they will be relevant, and that’s a general rule for all financial paperwork. I don’t get paper ones any more.
Good morning all. Done shopping but not a lot. The local government didn't get the don't change clocks law through in time so clocks go back as usual. Thank heavens or all flights will be up the wall.
Village now very quiet and I love it. Alight chill in the air. Getting better and better.
shock horror! 2 bus loads of grockles went through village!! The island closes on Tuesday!!
I haven't drunk all last year's yet, shaney, but one should always stock up in case of nuclear apocalypse.
I stocked up with the pumpkin spice variety when tesco had it on offer
Thanks woofy, I'd better get busy with the pinking shears, my shredders broken.

It's us neti, we've rounded up two busloads of old ravers. We're coming for the winter and we shall not be moved.
Haha well there's not a lot of point in you ravers moving as there's nothing happening for the next 6 months!!
Am eating buttered Weetabix with cheese and toms , delish!!
Question Author
Too late Neti..we've arrived . You'd better butter some more Weetabix and get the booze out :)
