I'm the same dotty. Had to put the heating on I was so cold... The old man's having a fit..."heating on in the middle of June, are you mad woman"
You must be made of sticks, dotty ;)

It's been warm and humid all day here in Suffolk.

The weekend forecast is quite good too. (Dry, and pleasantly warm, with a bit of a breeze and quite a lot of sunshine).

Bloody freezing, wet and windy here. I'm sitting with the heating on and wearing a jumper and i'm still chilly - needed gloves on when i nipped out for milk as the car steering wheel was so cold!!
I'm in the pub and I'm flippin freezing.
I'm flipping freezing, got soaked so many times today. The heating is on and I am considering getting himself to fetch some wood home for the word burn tomorrow!
Burner ^
I'm with Dotty here and if I had a fire, I put a whole bunch of sticks on it.

As it is I have a jumper on and a laptop on my knees. Storms and flash floods in Norfolk today in between bright but windy weather.

i've got the central heating on actually, my mum's uncle was a right tight fisted old farmer, mum's aunt zanna used to say that if it they had visitors on the farm, (up in the pennines above hebden) he'd say 'put another stick on't fire zanna'. like he was making an extra effort to be welcoming!
Sounds familiar dotty my old man was raised on a farm in Scotland....so you can imagine what it's like. It has to be minus 10 before he feels the cold!
Quite warm here on the east coast of Norfolk .Lovely all morning as we trailed over the border to bandit country ( Suffolk) .But a sharp shower this afternoon Think we've been lucky compared to other parts of the country .
