growing flowers from seeds

I bought a packet of mixed seeds in the £1 shop and threw them on the garden not expecting anything to come up and now I have some lovely aquilegias, anenomies and several I have no idea what they are.
It is quite nice to walk round the garden and see something bloom and you haven't a clue what it is.
Will they come up again next year.
