We've had one wall in the bedroom plastered , that was a week ago and it is completely dry now. can we wallpaper it now or as hubby seems to think one has to wait considerably longer for wallpapering but its ok to emulsion it?

I emulsioned my kitchen a few days after plastering. Actually, it was mainly skimmed but plastered in places. Haven't had a problem. I used Dulux one coat.
Seal it with 50/50 mix flat emulsion/water before you do anything with it. Plenty of time passed now for any finish.
Hi Jem ............. go ahead. It'll be fine now. :o)
