I have recently bought a house with a large area of terracotta tiles. I have pressure washed them and this has removed most of the staining and brought out the colour. I now would like to ensure they look their best and are sealed. I have done some investigating and have been advised various products including named brands such as HG which are expensive to Brick Acid and Brick sealer which are reasonably priced but i am worried that they may do more harm than good. What products would you advise, a silk rather than a high gloss finish would be preferred.

Various products on the market - both gloss and satin finishes. Wickes is probably your best bet in terms of price and ease of availability. Here's their fact Sheet on how to do it.
