Bognor.
Hence his deathbed quote "b*gger Bognor"
Beau Brummell - asked someone (referring to George V) - "Who's your fat friend?"
Beau Brummel (George Bryan Brummel) lived and died in the period 1778-1840. George V lived and died in the period 1865-1936. Beau Brummel made his remark about the then Prince Regent who subsequently became George 1V.

George didnt dislike Bognor, he just didnt want to go there again to recuperate if he recovered - which he didnt.

His official last words were : How goes it with the Empire?

Really important people get two sets of famous last words

and finally, I think Sequin is right and the question is wrong (it should have been about Geo IV)

well, if it really was George IV, the answer is more likely to be 'his queen' - he hated her so much he had her locked out of his coronation.
joetodd - there's a book called "Kings, Queens, Bones and Bast**ds" but it doesn't mention anything about King George V being upset by anyone in particular. Notably, he was a small-brained king, (but likeable) who married a very young woman, who produced about 15 children.
