Too bad you have homework over the Xmas break.
Cannot help you as I have no idea, just sympathising.

Not doing you homework for you, and you will have little success in asking about the American Constitution on a mainly UK site. What I can tell you is that any amendments to the Constitution have to be ratified by a majority of the states (I think three-quarters, but no doubt your text books will tell you).
Don't expect a proper answer if you join AnswerBank and then respond in that manner!!
Thanks, twix, you're a pal
What a twonk...
You're welcome your Ladyship - unfortunately I couldn't report the poster as I couldn't create a 'custom script'. I presume you'll close your drawbridge to the transgressor on Saturday night!
Definitely no entry to fantasy 11 when we next open up.
Peasants can be so revolting.
Picking on me again, I see. M'lady.
Not you, Mike....
All you have to do to report is type something into the text box...like 'idiot'
I've just reported you for your rude comment .
That's constitutionalism for you .
Thanks Ummmm, I didn't try that.
It's not made clear that you have to type something in the box to generate a report. Even a simple full stop will do, anything as long as the box is not empty.
I usually just put a full stop in.
It's not a bad track record...joining AB and then being rude within 6 minutes!
And to me too!
fantasy11...status suspened lol
Actually the constitutional principle of federalism in the formal amendment process means that the people have spoken as a constitution .
Can you see where we are going with this ? A proposal takes place and this takes the view of the people .
We've formed a constititution that says you are rude person .
suspended even, Doh
