After the 'Great Fire of London (in1666) in the south of England, the survivors were forced to accomplish the reconstruction of the Town by redeeming most of their life savings, to the non-burned banks, in order to achive a major reconstruction.
Now then Stewey, I got told off for not doing someone's homework for them t'other day!
Still, this is of course 'the answerbank' - even if the correct answer is 'read your set textbooks and your class notes'.
Good one, stewey.

The South is also a Scottish Rugby team http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_South_(rugby) . Their motto was Redemptio Per Redivivus , which if you check on Google Translator means Redemption during Reconstruction. The club reconstructed itself after some difficult times when the move from amateur to professional status damaged many clubs, and the club managed to redeem itself in the eyes of the public..

This question crops up frequently on forums where people like swanniemac want someone to do their coursework for them.
