i still cannot get properly logged in, because all i get from paypal, is they will get back to me after they verified my id. surely this isn't right. i beleive i'm using the right paypal sight, its www.paypal.com/.

Have they said 'We'll get back to you" on their webpage when you notified them or by email. I'm wondering whether they don't have the right email address for you for some reason

when you log in do you have to use your email address- or can you get as far as checking your profile to see what email address they have for you

when i log in my email address is already there, its my password i have to type in.

Paypal are not quick movers. I usually send and receive £25-30 regularly but once had £1000 sent to me from family in Ireland. Paypal held that payment up for 4-5 days while they were 'verifying' something or another.

i think its a premium rate number, quite costly if youre calling from abroad like me.

I didn't realise you were abroad. Maybe the uK payapal address is not the best one then. Maybe they recognise that your IP address is not in UK

ff, is my address that important? does it really matter where i live?
