can't see anything with that name, perhaps as you say a misspelling.
in 1911 the only High Streets in Edmonton are in Southgate, Hornsey, Highgate, Enfield, and Cheshunt.
go to the start of the district and read through the census enumerators route, that should help you pinpoint the location and relate it to later returns/OS maps
actually i have just searched all 19 district route descriptions for edmonton and the only plave name that may have been misread as Loverack is Lower Park rd.
that's in district 19 but there is no High Street in any off the 19 routes, what is the piece and page number?
