Fashion Designer Game on DS

Anyone got the game FASHION DESIGNER for DS because I am stuck on a level and have tried very thing to pass it but its no good.

The level I am stuck on is where you have to design clothes in blue colours. sounds easy but very hard to do.

The game is by IMAGINE.

i'm not there yet, but how do you get past the mini skirt collectiion part?? thats what i'm stuck on!!!
