smoked salmon wrapped around asparagus

rice & tuna in vine leaves

rice, tuna & chilli in seaweed - sushi

caviar with mashed boiled egg in voluvonts

easy one.....

local asian shop buy packet of Pakora mix....ingredients & cooking on packet.

Plenty of exotics in asian shop:

Get their mangoes (in season now) and papayas & other exotic fruits and make a fruit salad.

That will excite taste buds which perhaps have never tasted such fruits.

Hi malron,
I usually do 1 or 2 trays of fresh fruit in bite size pieces.Pineapple, melon, mandarin or satsuma segments, strawberries, red and green grapes.I don't use apples pears or plums as they tend to go brown.Arrange them in line, looks really effective or in circles if using round tray. Takes a bit of time and patience but worth it in the end.
