Fabulous Baker Brothers Seeded Loaf

Has anyone else tried to make this loaf? The dough is so sticky that the only way it can be removed from the worktop is with a scraper - it is more like a batter - I am sure the fluid quantities must be wrong somewhere. I would be interested in hearing if anyone else has tried to make it.
