If tender enough, the meat will fall of the bone and seem to melt in the mouth.

agree with albaqwerty, this is one i always use if im doing a sunday roast.

Hi echo - I agree with lamb, although pork is just as good - especially with a jerk marinade - Walkerswood (www.walkerswood.com) is the best I've come across.
I have a Weber smokey Mountain smoker - http://www.forfoodsmo...tain_Food_Smoker.html which makes unbelievable pulled pork or lamb - mind you, you're cooking it for up to 6 hours! I buy leg of lamb from Costco - always best quality stuff. as for the smoked chicken breast - I do 32 at a time - that's another story! |
| Does anyone know if there any chain pubs, etc that do meals that include pulled pork? I want to try it but don't want to go to the all the faff of actually making it myself in case I don't like it.... |
