I love slow cooked Pulled Pork - but what other meats can I do this with and what cuts should I use?

Hi Echo, I love lamb shanks, Need to be slowly cooked and can be very tender.

WIll they shred the same as pulled pork Albaqwerty?
If tender enough, the meat will fall of the bone and seem to melt in the mouth.

Hi echo - I agree with lamb, although pork is just as good - especially with a jerk marinade - Walkerswood (www.walkerswood.com) is the best I've come across.

which makes unbelievable pulled pork or lamb - mind you, you're cooking it for up to 6 hours! I buy leg of lamb from Costco - always best quality stuff.

as for the smoked chicken breast - I do 32 at a time - that's another story!
