has anyone had Pangash. Have had a bag of frozen given. Looks like haddock but what sort of taste is it. Will it do for fish and chips

I buy the bags of Youngs frozen fillets....lovely. Whack from frozen it in a hot frying pan with a little hot olive oil in it. cook till slightly golden turning once, serve dressed with lemon and black pepper. It yastes to me like plaice but nicer.
