I'm looking for a fool proof, tasty way of making crispy, deep - fried onion rings. Every time I make them it just seems to go a bit......wrong. Soggy, falling apart. I don't know where I'm going wrong! I thinkits maybe the batter mixture isn't right. Anyone have any tips?
