What was the name of the desert from 1980's or 90's which had a crumbly topping in a bag. There was possibly a lemon flavoured one?

wasn't it some sort of cheesecake?
Maybe it was an early form of those fruit corner things?
Ahh I know the one you mean, you mixed it with hot watre or something and the cruble settled at the top - I'll have a wee think and google and see what I can come up with - I remember it being lovely, but I was only a kid I think so possibly more 70's.

I haven't got the lemon version of this but I do have a chocolate one try this Magic Chocolate Pudding:-

For the pudding:-
100g self raising flour
100g butter softened
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
4 teaspoons of cocoa powder.

For the sauce:-
75g caster sugar
2 teaspoons cornflour
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
Pudding:-
1 Place the flour, butter 100gsugar cocoa powder and the two eggs in a bowl or mixer.
2 Mix or hand whisk together adding a little milk if necessary to get a dropping consistency. Place in a greased dish deep enough to alow for the pudding to rise.
Sauce:-
3 Put the cocoa powder in a jug and make up to 200ml with boiling water, add the sugar and cornflour.
4 Pour the sauce mix ON TOP of the pudding mixture in the dish.
5 Bake for 25-35 mins on Gas mark5 it will now firm on the top and the sauce will be on the bottom.
Serve with custard or cream and enjoy!
