Home made? Ya, right ... that is SO not going to happen !

I might cook a few of each ... but try not to mix them.

Takes no time, cut potatoes, leaving skin on, stick in sandwich bag, add some olive oil, shake until all wedges coated, add paprika, dried parsley, and garlic salt, shake about again, then pop on tray and stick in oven for half hour on 200-250
