Why is the buy one get one free offer at McDonalds not on in Tyne Tees area? I don't live there I'm just curious :)

I beleive it is because they have introduced the Toasted Deli Sandwiches in the Tyne Tees area, that's the reason they are giving, what difference it makes I dunno
