I'm not sure of the spelling, but has anyone heard of a cacilla or akakilla nut...from either South America or South Africa? Ta Muchly.

There is a Casilla nut, but I can't find out anything about it. It comes from Brazil.

By thye way,
The Latin name for the Coquilla Nut is~Attalea funifera.
So you can see that the first word Attalea is not that far removed from your word Akakilla;it just lost something in the pronounciation maybe?
