Glad you made me get my book out. I am a lapsed member and have been thinking I should get back on it. I've now got the incentive to start again. Did lose 3 stone in 3 months but got lazy and put it all back on again.

i know its just so easy, too easy, to do isnt it, ive done it over and over again and each time get bigger than ever when it all goes back on. Im now starting again. If you havent done it for a while its now possible to combine both red and green days which makes it even easier. Im glad i made the effort - im sure you will be too. Good luck.
