my mother is coeliac, gluten intolerant and she has a severe reaction to any kind of barley.

check on www.coaliac.co.uk though, as some coaliacs can tolerate it.

Hi. Definately check it out but in my experience( I used to be a cook and had several special diet clients) most people I knew on a GF diet couldn't tolerate it at all.
