has anyone got any tried and tested hints tips on gluten free food. ANY SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS appreciated.

If you go here. Dove make Gluten Free flour and you can search for gluten free recipes. The flour is available in many health food shops and I think Sainburys do a gluten free range that may include Dove flour. Happy baking.

If you have coeliac disease gluten-free food is available on prescription too.
Sainsburys do a range of Gluten Free Food,called "FreeFrom".
Just ask a Sainsburys staff member where the section is.

thank you all for your help. What a terrific site Doves is and what a lovely lot of recipes. Off to Sainsbury and then a session in the kitchen!
Tesco are now stocking a gluten free white and brown bread called Genius and it's really delicious, very similar to the light danish bread.If you go on their website they have some recipes.Both Tesco and Asda have gluten free ranges as well.
