How old are you?

I love cheese including Stilton etc. Only have it with some sort of fruit though...grapes or apples.
Unfortunately I love cheese, but not the really strong stuff as that makes my mouth itch. I suppose tastes do change as we get older
My children were denied cheese for years as my ex husband could not stand to have it in the house because of the smell of it, after he left and i started buying it again they instantly loved it and they all eat loads! They certainly have made up for not having grown up eating it!
Mature cheddar strips the roof of my mouth.

ummm never liked cheese in it raw state dont know why and would never eat it!!!
Eat it with fruit Panic....goes so well.
Cheese with fruit is lovely - grapes are especially good. I like brie and grape sandwiches

bensmum urghhhhhhhhhhh lol!!!
Awww puddi - get yourself down to your local deli or decent cheese counter at the supermarket and ask to taste some of the great cheeses on offer. Have a try of a smoked Applewood cheddar (it's lovely thinly sliced over stuffed mushrooms and is not too strong)... or buy some mozzarella to make up a calzone or pizza. Feta cheese is great served up raw with a mixed pepper salad. If you are making something in white sauce, just sprinkle some parmesan over the top before heating up under the grill... lovely crispy taste.
I love most cheeses except blue cheeses and gorgonzola. Boy, does that stink

yea...blue cheese melted over flat wild mushrooms - lurvely!
I find the smellier the cheese the better they taste. very ripe brie or camembert smells like feet but they taste soooo good. I love well aged cheddar too… it make great grilled cheese sandwiches.
