and had spiced parsnips as part of the veg. They were soft and delicious. I asked the man and he said they were cooked in thai spices. Any idea how i would make them? I only ever roast parsnips (or bung 'em in a stew!)

For a Thai version, simply vary the quantities of the ingredients (or use a prepared Thai 'cook-in' sauce).
