I am going on a sponsored walk which i will be running in on the 19th of October i will be running it though like some othr people. I really wanna win and I am very fast but i can't last long because of my asthama. Any suggestions of what I could do or eat that will help me last longer. I am'nt fat and i can run really fast but then comes the stitches and all that. Any ways of getting me fit with certain foods or any sort of recommendations? Besides, the walk is 10km so please reply back.

My advice is, just before the race, gobble up a handful of amphetemines, snort an entire tank of pure oxygen, and dash all-out like a madman towards the finish line before you die, or explode.
you just need lots of stamina training and a healthy diet. the night before the race have a high-carb meal such as pasta.
Eat loads of stuff the day before the race then the day of the race depending on the time of the race don't eat anything big for two hours before the race just have some bananas or bars of chocolate and drink some water. If you are getting stitches you are eating too much before you run if you still have stitches just try to run through them they will go.The best training for the walk is to run every other day doing longer each week until you reach your 10k target
I can walk, but I've never been able to run, but I wish you good luck and hope you win. Bless you.
Don't have any suggestions, but all the best Shadow. Hope you do really well.
Also, take your inhaler BEFORE you start out, rather than when you need it. This will open the airways and help you to run better, avoiding the chances of an attack.
