I like Somerfield Sugar Free muesli. It's in a light blue box if you want to give it a try.

I was always the person who needed to eat almost as soon as I got to work. I recently had a super healthy diet enforced on me by my doc to make me lose weight and now have a glass of fruit smoothie and a bowl of all bran with semi skinned milk and I swaer I am full til lunch time! Took a little while for the taste buds to adjust but I love it now.
