How about an antipasti tart.
Buy some ready made puff pastry, roll out to a rectangular shape, score round the edges ,Top with red pesto, cherry tomatoes,halved.150g mixed antipasti from jar, artichokes,& feta cheese crumbled.
bake in preheated oven at 200 for 15-20 mins. Top with fresh basil.
We enjoy this as a family supper.
