What measure should you give for alcohol of different strengths? Is it under 20%, such as Taboo, which is a double measure? Or is it 20% AND under, such as Tia Maria, which is a double measure?

Hope someone can clear this up for me!
Thanks.

22.0% is the dividing line. Any drink with a higher ABV is regarded as a spirit by HM Customs.

Thanks Heathfield!

I know I'm asking a biggie here, but could anyone give me a list of spirits/fortifieds wines/liqueurs, etc, and their standard pub measure?
I've just started as a bar maid, and I'm usually working alone, so need a bit of help!!

Thanks in advance!
