I am trying to find out what this dish contains exactly, cannot trace it anywhere, has anyone heard of it please?

It's a soft wheat pancake that you wrap round the filling of your choice, but, if you're a TEx-Mex fan, will usually consist of chilli con carne, cheese, salad and all sorts of salsas and stuff. there's a good deifinition in Wikkipedia.
